This
tour focuses on two areas of the Highlands and the
midwest of Madagascar. You shall meet the two major
tribes of Madagascar: the Merina and the Sakalava.
After the Highlands, you have a 3-day river expedition
in a local dugout pirogue throughout the forest and
gorges along the Tsiribihina river. This area is an
open reserve of biodiversity. You shall reach the
UNSECO world heritage site of the Tsingy de Bemaraha,
then to the Baobab avenue in Morondava. You will then
end the trip by some time to relax at Ankimony beach.
