We were really lucky to have such a friendly and qualified operator for planning our vacation. We booked mid range hotels but they were sometimes above better than we expected. They were always clean and had a good location.

We weren't sure what to see in Madagascar or expect to what to see. But in the end we are sure to saw everything which is worth to see.
Our guide has eagle-eyes. He can see chameleon passing them by car. Friendly and competent guide. He told us a lot about Madagascar and the habits and the traditions of the Malagasy.

Nicolas did a great job. He drove us hundreds of kilometers. He is one of the nicest Malagasy we met. Tell him "Ho ela Velona" (have a long life). We will defenitely recommend Cactus Tours.

We enjoyed our stay in Madagascar and found, mostly the people very friendly. The arrangements with Charlie went well and we were happy with our pickup at "chez Aina".
Vakona Forest lodge was excellent and provide good room services and food.
We are both very happy with our driver/guide. He is an excellent driver and found him most helpful, thoughtful and very likeable. The car was comfortable and kept clean. Thank you so much.

The staff at Cactus was professional and waiting for us at every stop, which was great. It’s always a worry that when you’re in a foreign country you’ll get stranded somewhere.

On the whole, this is a well-organized trip.
Regarding the hotels, Anjimarango is by far the best. The owners welcome the guests personnaly. The rest were all very good as well.

About the itinerary, the Red Tsingy is very very impressive.
Our guides Leonardo and Zeze are the best bes pari. Zeze is very very good. We will definitely recommend Cactus Tours.

I find the country beautiful and the people friendly. I sincerely hope that you can develop tourism as you have the potential and natural scenery. You just need to improve the roads, train up guides in the national parks and do more advertising. I wish your country and its people the very best.

All the hotels were good and many were excellent. We particularly like La Varangue, Jardin du Roy, le Paradisier, Anakao Ocean Lodge and Mananara Lodge. The itinerary was excellent - lots of nice places and different habitats for birds. We would have liked one more night in Isalo - perhaps one less night in Andasibe ?

We loved Madagascar - we enjoyed the people, the places, the landscapes, the birds the hotels, the lemurs and the cold climate in July ! Both drivers were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable + courteous, careful and safe. Most of the tour guides were also excellent.

We certainly will recommend your company. We may also visit again ourselves + with use of Cactus Tours.

We felt we were very well looked after and that Cactus was keen to give us a great Madagascar experience. We were very happy with the itinerary and Faly's input when were planning it. We were shown a wide variety of different things and had the opportunity to modify the program a little bit as we went along in order to cater for our special interests.
All of our tour guide and drivers were good. Frank and Nassar in the north were very good. Vola is a good guide who brought a woman's touch to the job. Ludo and Jose were exceptionnally good - especially on the road to the Tsingy.
The two of them worked well together as a great team.

The arrangement was excellent. Charlie was very helpful, efficient and prompt. The airport transfer was goo and all the initial meetings. Generally, all hotels were good. We particularly enjoyed the Lac Hotel. Le Grenat was a friendly place.

This trip gave us a good introduction to Madagascar and covered the main habitats and cultural highlights.

The arrangements were good from the beginning.
All the hotels were appropriate especially Sous le Soleil de Mada.
The itinerary was really good. Nice people, different landscapes and the canoe thing was really exciting.
The timing was perfect. In two weeks, we got to see many things: We could follow the program without any inconvenient.
Mamy was a wonderful guide, respectful and full of knowledge. We got to love him. The two canoe men were also really helpful.

Vonjy was a great guide and driver. he knew perfectly how to transmit his knowledge and his love for his country, through him we to love Madagascar.
